As a quality assurance engineer, I apply my attention to detail and technical skills to test, validate, and release features and functionality for desktop web software and mobile apps. I have years of experience working as a mechanical designer, as well as doing frontend development, CAD, and custom fabrication.
I enjoy collaborating with colleagues across multiple teams to refine desired software behavior and track feature progress. I use Jira, Zephyr Scale, Kibana, and Confluence to manage software bug tickets, verify resolved bugs, and document testing results. I also have skills in CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, React, Node, Python, SQL, PostgreSQL, Onshape, Solidworks, Vectorworks, and Illustrator, which help me understand how things work and look from different perspectives. My goal is to contribute to the creation of tools or services that can improve people's lives.
When not on my computer, I'm usually playing with my two daughters or enjoying the outdoors, especially riding one of my bikes or climbing.
